Structure of the 5 sessions

This process is designed as a gradual yet deep journey — from clarity and awareness to release and integration.
Each session builds on the previous one and adapts to your pace.

Session 1: Orientation & Inner Clarity

Where am I now, and why does it feel this way?

We create a stable foundation for the entire process.
Your Human Design is introduced as a map that shows how you function, make decisions, and where inner tension tends to arise.

Session focus:

  • your strategy and inner authority
  • key open centers and conditioning themes
  • current life situations and recurring patterns

Outcome:
Greater clarity, a sense of orientation, and initial inner relief.

Session 2: Recognizing Old Patterns & Defenses

What am I carrying from the past, and how does it affect me today?

We go deeper into automatic reactions, defenses, and long-standing patterns that often operate unconsciously.

Session focus:

  • patterns linked to open centers
  • fear, tension, and inner conflict
  • bodily signals and emotional responses

Outcome:
Recognition without judgment — understanding why you react the way you do.

Session 3: Release & Reprocessing

How do I stop repeating the same patterns?

We work with releasing accumulated tension and outdated responses, using integrative psychological and body-based approaches.

Session focus:

  • specific situations and lived experiences
  • softening inner conflict
  • creating more inner space and choice

Outcome:
Less internal tension, more ease and presence.

Session 4: Integration & New Choices

How do I live differently — without forcing myself?

Here, insight becomes action. New awareness is integrated into real-life decisions aligned with your Human Design.

Session focus:

  • decision-making in alignment with yourself
  • real-life situations (work, relationships, boundaries)
  • building inner stability

Outcome:
Greater confidence and clarity in how you act and choose.

Session 5: Grounding & Moving Forward

How do I continue on my own?

The final session supports closure and sustainable continuation.

Session focus:

  • integration of the process and key shifts
  • personal anchors and practices
  • how to return to yourself during stress or uncertainty

Outcome:
A sense of completion, stability, and trust in your own path.
